Quality in the procurement of raw materials:
Qualified personnel, conducting controls in the selection of raw materials and the location of the factory allow the implementation of just-in-time production processes, in order to ensure freshness and quality due to the short path from harvesting to packing.

Quality in processing & deep –freezing :
Using the most updated and innovative technology, in combination with state-of-the-art production lines, constitutes the company’s effort for perfection in processing deep frozen fruits.
New and innovative IQF freezers, IT –controlled, with an Sequential Defrost system, which is all stainless steel-seam welded, in accordance with the highest EU and U.S. hygiene and quality standards, guarantee the optimum IQF product.

Quality in sorting and packaging:
In accordance to our customer demands and specifications we implement a continuous process utilizing X – Ray, Laser scanners and Metal Detectors for sorting our final product, in a fully air-conditioned packing area.

Quality in storage:
Our new storage facilities (IT- controlled) include a 10.000 pallet storage capacity in racks. This provides ideal product safety in storage, logistics and hygiene.
